BEAUTY. TRUTH.
CONSEQUENCE.

Step into an intimate and haunting story by Charles Kray that explores love, memory, and the fragile moments that define us. A Thing of Beauty invites audiences into a world where truth is layered, emotions linger, and nothing is quite as simple as it first appears. This powerful production continues Hub City Theatre Company’s commitment to bold, thought-provoking storytelling in unexpected spaces. Secure your tickets and experience a story that stays with you long after the final moment.

SIX SPELLERS.
ONE CHAMPION.

The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee is fast, funny, a little chaotic, and way too relatable. You’ll meet a group of overachievers, underdogs, and everything in between as they compete for the title of spelling champion… while oversharing just enough about their lives to make you laugh one second and feel a little attacked the next.

This show leans into the awkward, the competitive, and the wildly unpredictable. No two nights are exactly the same, especially when audience members get pulled into the action. Yes, that could be you.

Expect big personalities, quick comedy, and moments that hit harder than you’d think from a room full of dictionaries and nervous energy. It’s the kind of night where you come to laugh and leave quoting lines on the way home.

Tickets are on sale now. Grab yours before your favorite seat gets snatched… or before you end up on stage spelling a word you absolutely cannot spell.

MISERY AUDITIONS

Hub City Theatre Company is thrilled to announce auditions for Misery, the stage adaptation of Stephen King’s iconic psychological thriller. This intense drama dives deep into the blurred lines between devotion and control, safety and captivity. With only a small cast and a close-quarters setting, Misery offers a unique opportunity for actors to fully immerse themselves in a chilling and emotionally charged story that explores fear, power, and obsession.

This production will be an intimate, suspense-driven experience—perfect for performers who thrive on tension, vulnerability, and character complexity. We’re inviting performers of all experience levels to audition and help bring this haunting story to life through bold, collaborative storytelling.

If you’re ready to challenge yourself with high-stakes material in a tight-knit creative environment, Misery might be your next role.
